Construction of the Machine

Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35 - 70% of gross volume. The SLANT double cone design eliminates dead spots which occasionally occur in conventional double cone mixer.

Salient Features of Double Cone Blender

• The Conical shape at both ends enables easy discharge and uniform mixing of material.
• All contact parts are made from Stainless Steel 304 and 316 materials.
• Two number of safety roads are provided at back side of the machine.
• Butterfly valve of suitable size provided at one end of the cone helps in material discharge & openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
• All moving parts are covered with Stainless Steel 304 covers for GMP compliance.
• Cone Mixer is mirror polished from inside & matt polished from outside.
• Safety guards provided with limit switches interlocking.
• Control panel is provided with D.O.L. tarter, digital timer, amp meter and three phase indication lights.
• Worm reduction gear is provide for the speed reduction & heavy duty operation.
• Food Grade rubber gasket is given on the both end of the cone
