Capsule Filling Line is array of machines which work together in line to perform complete encapsulation operations. Filling Line encorporate Capsule Filling Machine, Capsule Polishing Machine, Dust Extractor, Damage Capsule Sorter, Empty Capsule Ejector & Capsule Conveying System. After capsule filling process it travels through these equipments to perform different operations. Interestingly capsule travels automatically without hand touch to comply as per cGMP requirements. Capsule Polishing Machine:
Stainless steel chamber with filter cloth is installed, as well as a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector. The capsules are transported from one end to the other. They are rolled in between the nylon bristles and the filter cloth during this journey. The powder on the capsules and at the edge is removed and sucked by the Dust extractor in this course. The capsules that emerge from the chute are perfectly polished, gleaming, and spotless.

Capsule Sorter Elevator
Capsule Sorter Elevator uses to sort the diametrically Defective capsules and elevate the correct diaemetr capsule from Capsule Sorter Elevator to Capsule hopper of Capsule filing machine to maintain the level of Empty capsule. It works on the principle of vibratory sorting and transporting to upper side the capsules by airflow.
Dust Extractor:
The Dust Extractor is uses for collecting excess loose powder from the polishing through dry vacuum.

Empty Capsule Ejector:
Empty Capsule Ejector works on the principle of airflow force. Filled capsules will fall straight towards the down level & Empty capsule will eject outside when airflow force is applied on the capsules, it's specially to sort out empty capsules from filled capsules.

Damage Capsule Sorter
Damage Capsule Sorter is uses for the sorting damaged capsules. This equipment rejects which are damaged during process of locking the capsules in Capsule Filling Machine.
Capsule Conveying System
Automatic Capsule conveying system convey filled capsules from Automatic Capsule Filling Machine to capsule polishing machine or elsewhere. It has a pump which sucks and conveys filled capsules, without interacting with human hands.

Metal Detector
Pharmaceutical Metal Detectors detects metal contaminants accidently present in any Capsules, Tablets or API's on-line and reject the Metal Found. Our Pharmaceutical Metal Detectors detects all Non-Ferrous and Ferrous metals including Steel objects. Any change in product impact induced by the product under inspection is cancelled out by an automated Phase Angle function. A high-speed reject valve mechanism is built into every system.
Filled Capsules Sampling & Weighing System
The Filled Capsule Sampling & Weighing System consist of a weighing balance, pneumatic cylinder and vibrator. The filled capsules are passed through the outlet sample chute, weigh the batch of 20 capsules and individual capsules separately. If the weight of the capsules is not in the range, machine stops and message is displayed on the touch screen HMI.
