The Automatic Capsule Orienter automatically loads capsules onto the loading tray of the manual Capsule Filling Machine. The machine is small and takes up little space. It allows for greater output while maintaining a higher level of accuracy.

The Loader automatically inserts empty capsules into the loading plate of a manually operated capsule filling machine. In Capsule Filler it takes 3 minutes too load 300 holes tray with empty capsules which with help of Capsule Loader on can load in just 30 seconds.  One Capsule Loader Machine can fill the loading plates of two to three hand capsule filling machines. As a result, on the one hand, it enhance production while reducing the number of operators and equipment costs on the other side.
