Capsule Counting Machine

Capsule Counting Machine uses for counting capsules and filling them in rigid containers. Everyy disc is custom designed and fabricated to meet specific customer's requirements. Capsule Counting Machine can count & fill 1 to 1000 capsules in bottles, jars, pouches. In case of tablets Optional unit of Dust Extractor system provided to remove dust particles from the passage to the container. Machine having wide usage in R&D laboratories, Research Institutions, Herbal & Nutraceutical preparations, Unani & Ayurvedic medicines, Pilot batch productions etc.

Operation Process

Product is fed onto a rotating disc and channelled into a guided opening according to its form and size for counting and filling. The number of counts is kept and released by pneumatic closer according to the count specified in the counting MMI unit for the counting and filling process. At the release end, product containers/pouches are manually kept to fill the tallied product.
