Vibro Sifters are circular unitary gyratory screens uses to separate mass composition of solids from solids for gradation of materials as per particle size. Vibratory vibro separators having wide range of industrial applications. Vibro Sifter comprises of a specifically constructed motor that is vertically positioned in the centre of the screen's base plate. Between the feeding hopper and the bowl is a screen. The material is fed onto the upper screen's centre. During its journey to the periphery, the undersize substance travels quickly through the screen. The material of its own size is discharged constantly through a tangential exit. This is accomplished through the use of a specifically designed vibratory motor and eccentric Top and Bottom weights.
